Trip Request Summary

On the Trip Request Summary page it is possible to include additional information, namely Comments and Attachments and define the cost elements (cost center and/or projects).

It is also possible to bulk edit the already entered items or print the Trip Request.

The main areas for this page are:

1.Document Header: information about the document and matched Trip Requests, if any;
2.Comments and attachments: user comments and attachments may be added here. Cash advance requests for the Trip should be entered here;
3.Approval History: all the document status changes are logged on the approval history;
4.Cost elements: the cost elements are selected on this area and applied to the document lines below;
5.Trip Request items: the lines added on the previous screen;

The buttons bar allows the user to:

Edit: return to the edit screen, in order to change or add other items to the document;
Submit: submit the trip request to the approval workflow;
Print: generate a PDF for printing or archival purposes;
Edit Line: edit single document lines.
