On the Trip Request Summary page it is possible to include additional information, namely Comments and Attachments and define the cost elements (cost center and/or projects).
It is also possible to bulk edit the already entered items or print the Trip Request.
The main areas for this page are:
1. | Document Header: information about the document and matched Trip Requests, if any; |
2. | Comments and attachments: user comments and attachments may be added here. Cash advance requests for the Trip should be entered here; |
3. | Approval History: all the document status changes are logged on the approval history; |
4. | Cost elements: the cost elements are selected on this area and applied to the document lines below; |
5. | Trip Request items: the lines added on the previous screen; |
The buttons bar allows the user to:
• | Edit: return to the edit screen, in order to change or add other items to the document; |
• | Submit: submit the trip request to the approval workflow; |
• | Print: generate a PDF for printing or archival purposes; |
• | Edit Line: edit single document lines. |
